2. What this site is
This site describes the services Ecopark Industries offers — engineering and environmental consulting, waste reclamation and processing, export and trade infrastructure, and grant and development programmes — and provides a way for existing clients to submit payment against an invoice or active engagement.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice. Descriptions of capability are general. Work is undertaken only under a separate written agreement.
3. Engagements are governed by a written agreement
Where you and Ecopark Industries have signed an engagement agreement, statement of work, purchase order or contract, that document governs the work and takes precedence over these terms in the event of any conflict. These terms fill the gaps; they do not override what we have agreed with you in writing.
4. Payments
Payments submitted through this site are payments against an invoice or an active engagement, in United States dollars, and are taken as a single charge at the time of submission. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never receive or store your full card number. You are responsible for entering the correct invoice or memo reference so the payment can be applied.
Refunds and cancellations are dealt with in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By submitting a payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details you provide are accurate.
5. Using the site
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, to probe or scan it, to interfere with its operation, or to submit content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may restrict or refuse access to anyone who does.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, layout, logos and marks — belongs to Ecopark Industries, LLC or is used with permission. You may read it, and quote or link to it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, or present it as your own, without our written consent.
7. No warranty for site content
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the general information on it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. This paragraph limits our responsibility for the website; it does not limit or affect our obligations under any engagement agreement, which are set out in that agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ecopark Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party links
Where this site links to somewhere else — including the Stripe payment page — that destination is run by someone else under their own terms. We are not responsible for its content.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, and the courts of that State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top.
