What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you enter. When you make a payment we collect the contact details and the invoice or memo reference you enter at checkout.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your full card number is entered on Stripe’s systems and is never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible from this website. We receive only a confirmation of the payment, the amount, and a truncated card reference.
Technical information. Our web server records standard log data — IP address, date and time, the pages requested, and browser identification — for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.
Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and correspond with you about work you have asked us about.
- To process payments, issue receipts, and maintain the accounting records the law requires us to keep.
- To protect the site against fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contact details you give us to send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
We share information only with service providers who need it to operate this site and our business, and only for that purpose:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider — operation of the web server and its backups.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to payments and engagements are retained for as long as applicable tax, accounting and contractual requirements demand. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis.
Security
This site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection, sits behind a web application firewall, and is kept up to date. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information involved.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at support@ecoparkindustries.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
